After graduating from Osaka Pref Univ with a master's degree of engineering, he joined a global medical device company. While he experienced sales, marketing and business development, he got a MBA at the National Univ of Singapore in 2019. After 6 years experience in the medical industry, he started his career as a consultant in the HR industry. His focus has been talent and organizational development by utilizing his coaching skill.
