Business development
Masashi Kamiya
Masashi joined an HR company after graduating from Hosei University with a degree in sociology. At that company, he served as the head of marketing and the head of the new graduate recruiting business, and then as the head of new business development. He started a paid internship business in Japan, an overseas internship business, and an overseas training business for Japanese students. After that, he worked independently in the overseas training business for a public interest foundation before establishing his own company, Spice Up Lanka Corporation (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka in 2016. He manages tourism media in Sri Lanka and coordinates student training programs in the Indo-Pacific region.
