After graduating from Rikkyo University, he joined a start-up HR company.
His work ranged from consulting for large, global companies to start-up graduate recruiting, organizational development consulting, and new business consulting.
He was headhunted by an e-commerce company and joined as an HR and finance executive.
In 2018, he joined Tiger Mov as COO and currently serves as President.
Outside of the company, he is a committee member of the WWL project of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and a curriculum advisor.
